Can I place my order over the phone?

Orders can only be processed online. We are unable to accept phone orders.

 

When will I receive my order?

We typically process our orders as soon as you place it. Shipping varies depending on product and location. Pricing available at checkout with estimated delivery date. 

 

How do I return my order?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for full amount spent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order, we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page if you wish to submit a return authorization once your order has been received. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

We will email you at the email address we have on file, as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order.

 

How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Meta Pay. We also accept payment via PayPal and Shop Pay.

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

Typically it takes between 5-7 business days to process a return after being received. Once the return has been processed a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In total this entire process can take up to 14 business days. Be sure to save your proof of postage until your return is completed.
